1. Capture your source notes
Paste notes into the raw notes panel or start with a blank meeting, research or idea template. Avoid sensitive information on a shared device.
2. Organize using explicit labels
The Organize labelled lines control uses prefixes such as Summary:, Decision:, Action: and Question:. A line following a heading stays in that section until another recognized heading appears. Unlabelled text starts in Key points. Nothing is inferred or summarized automatically.
3. Review and edit
Edit every section. Assign owners and deadlines to action rows yourself. Check decisions against the original notes and references against the source.
4. Save and use the brief
Save to your local notebook. Use Knowledge to find notes and Actions to track saved tasks. Copy a structured brief, download Markdown or print a clean document. Browser drafts are also retained locally while you work.
5. Keep your own backup
Export a JSON backup from Knowledge. Browser clearing or device loss can remove notes. There is no cloud sync, account recovery or encrypted vault.
